The Parent-friendly Label has become the UAE's most compelling model for social innovation at the workplace; turning the nation's commitment to families into everyday workplace practice.

Thriving Through Talent: How parent-friendly policies drive balance, growth, and global competitiveness draws on a survey of 11,000+ employees across 83 organizations in all seven Emirates. The findings are clear, evidence-based proof that parent-friendly workplaces help organizations attract and retain talent; while delivering real benefits for parents, children, the economy, and society.
